PRIVACY NOTICE

Your information. Handled with care.

How Secure Vending Limited handles information when you visit NOMO or contact us about your site.

Last updated: 8 October 2026. This notice covers saynomo.co.uk and enquiries about NOMO’s managed unattended retail services. It does not cover purchases made at a vending machine, which may have separate payment and transaction information.

Who is responsible

NOMO is a brand of Secure Vending Limited, the controller of the business enquiry information described here. Registered in England and Wales, company number 14148183. Registered office: 5 Canon Court, Institute Street, Bolton, England, BL1 1PZ.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email chris@securevending.net or write to our registered office, marked “Privacy”.

Information we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name and contact details you provide, your organisation and any information you share about your building, requirements or proposed installation. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information.

The website uses email links rather than an online enquiry form. Clicking a link opens your own email application; you decide whether to send the message. The website does not save an enquiry or send an automatic enquiry notification.

Our hosting services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, assess site suitability, prepare proposals and manage follow-up discussions. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and developing relevant commercial relationships. Where an enquiry relates to a contract with you personally, we may also process information to take steps at your request before entering that contract. We use technical information for our legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website, and may retain information where necessary to meet a legal obligation.

You are not required to provide personal information, but we need a way to contact you to respond. We do not use this website to make automated decisions about you. Enquiry details are not automatically added to a marketing mailing list.

Who handles information

Relevant Secure Vending Limited personnel handle enquiries. Google provides our business email service. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, which uses Cloudflare infrastructure. These services handle information needed to provide email, hosting and security. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

These providers may process information outside the UK. The protections and transfer arrangements applicable to their services are described in their published privacy and data-processing information: Google, OpenAI and Cloudflare. Contact us if you would like information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence while we are assessing your requirements or discussing a potential service, and afterwards only while it is needed for relevant follow-up, business records or legal obligations. We consider when we last had contact, whether the opportunity remains active and whether a record is needed to resolve a dispute. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted. You may contact us to ask about, or request deletion of, your enquiry. Records relating to an agreed service may need to be retained for contractual, accounting or legal purposes.

Cookies and website features

We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this website. The site uses locally hosted images and fonts. Our hosting providers may use technical mechanisms necessary for delivery, reliability and security. There is no ChatGPT login requirement for browsing the public NOMO site.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exemptions. Contact us using the details above; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can raise a concern with us and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if our website or enquiry handling changes, including before introducing an online enquiry form or new uses of personal information.
