01. Before the unit arrives
Who assesses the site, confirms utilities and plans delivery? State what must be ready and who is responsible.
02. Day-to-day operation
Identify who orders, replenishes, cleans and rotates products. Confirm how visit frequency responds to demand.
03. When something goes wrong
Ask how faults are reported and what service commitments cover. A general promise of reliability is not a documented service level.
04. For the customer
Clarify payment instructions, support and refund handling. These remain part of the amenity even when the host does not process the sale.
05. Across the agreement
Confirm ownership, costs, reporting, review points and removal. Pilots and multi-site proposals need their own explicit terms.
Planning guidance, not a technical specification or promise of availability. Your proposal confirms the details.
